This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city with a prime location near the Hà Nội Joseph cathedral. I loved waking up to a view of the church from my room. The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They provided excellent service and attention to detail, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the extras one could need. The breakfast included was a delightful treat with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Lack of Soundproofing and Limited Amenities. the walls are thin, and I could hear noises from the street and other parts of the hotel clearly.
